The rounded Cement nose with a generous radius which assures smooth running. Cement Guide Shoe is manufactured to match customer casing specification. A guide shoe is installed on the bottom joint of the casing and is usually combined with a float collar in the casing string for conventional cementing operations. The guide shoe thru-bore allows conversion balls, tubes and debris to exit the casing without obstruction.
Slip-ON type Guide Shoe O.D. matches with the casing O.D. and upper end is only bevelled, not recessed for directly welding to the Casing pipe.
All cement guide shoes are PDC drillable.
